Best car rental agency in Newton, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Very poorly run Hertz location. Cars are clean and great buy only one person in the office has any understanding of a positive customer experience. He was excellent. The others have no clue about customer service and should all be fired and replaced. And no sign of any Manager, local or regional. Still chasing them for refund due. I'll use another brand and never go here again. Do business there at your own peril. ~Wayne
