Went to make a purchase at the Sephora inside of this Kohls. The store closes at 9. We found what we wanted and stood by the register for a solid 3 minutes. The woman working the register just kept her back to us and never acknowledged our presence. Finally, we assumed her register was closed and walked away to make the purchase at one of the other registers at kohls. We stopped to look at a few things when my wife realized she had accidentally grabbed a sample bottle and went back to swap it out. As she went to swap the items out she was approached by the woman that had just previously ignored us for several minutes and told (somewhat rudely) that she had to pay at the Sephora register. Well, considering we just tried to do that and you purposely ignored us (made eye contact with me as we entered the area and promptly turned around and ignored us the entire time we were there) I assumed you wanted us to pay elsewhere. Maybe put up a sign as to not make people guess what they are supposed to do. Maybe have some type if customer service and greet people as they enter the area (we were the only ones at the time) and let them know. Its weird to have a separate store inside of a store where you can only buy some stuff at one register, but not all your stuff..... please take a look at my other reviews before thinking im just a pain of a customer. I try to only give positive reviews, but when someone talks down to my wife I cant help but let the company know exactly what I think. There was a way the person working Sephora could have told my wife without being coming off as condescending. In addition to the Sephora fiasco the Kohls was a complete mess. The mens area was in ok condition, but the Young Ladies area looked like it was the home of a 50 person mosh pit. Unless Pantera had their first reunion show in this section there's really no reason for it to be as trashed as it was. Maybe they were understaffed. If thats the case then I apologize for throwing the people that showed up under the bus, but if you don't have enough staff to run the store mayne rethink your business model and get with the times. ~Casey
