Shipping cross country in this Covid-19 environment is a nightmare to say the least. However, people at LogiWorld, especially Stephen and Tiffany, did everything they can and beyond, to accommodate my requirements and work around my limitations. We found Steve the owner of LogiWorld by chance when researching a question our original removal company couldn't answer. Steve not only knew the answer immediately he then quoted us a much, much better price to ship our household goods from USA to UK. This was our 8th international move - so have some experience in this field! I was a little nervous - thinking you get what you pay for, etc. What you get from Steve is first rate service, he's always available to answer queries, flexible a real "can do" person. He made an excellent job of packing our container. Kept us informed of the progress of the container, put us in touch with his UK agent who was also very helpful. Cannot say enough about how well Steve and his team took care of us during our move from Boston to Ireland. Highlights include- his patience with our many questions, educating us about how the shipping world works, helping to arrange a cost effective solution to loading our container, and working with us to properly prepare the customs forms which had been a point of concern for us. Also worth noting is that he and his team always responded to our emails in a timely fashion which went a long way towards giving us peace of mind.
