Still making us wear masks… can’t go over what your insurance covers and charge for a bunch of “extras” when you first get there. Doctor didn’t even tell me if my eyes were healthy, did the exam and sent me on my way… worst experience at an eye doctor I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…

I bought my glasses in for repair (broken lense wire). I didn’t know if they were repairable. Amanda said they could be fixed. I left them and they were repaired the next day… free of charge. I will be back whenever I need a repair or new frames.

Three words. Superior customer service. We recently switched vision plans which meant finding a new vision provider. Our favorite optometrist retired a few years ago and we have been looking for someone who meets the high standard he set. I found them. I made my appointment on the Visionworks website, which was easy enough. The real test was when I went into the office. All Covid safety protocols were in place, as expected. What I wasn't expecting was that my appointment was not on the books. Seems for some reason I didn't appear as a covered individual. Melanie (I do believe that's her name) helped me through that debacle. She tried several different ways to locate me in the system. Nothing worked. She gave me her card with the direct number to the store and the service number for our vision benefits provider. And she set me up with their last open appointment just in case everything came through. And it did! I had my eye exam done by Dr Redman, who was caring, professional, and thorough. She listened to my concerns about my present glasses and suggested fixes. I got to deal with Melanie again. (Forgive me I got your name wrong!) What a great asset to Visionworks she is! She reviewed my benefits, made suggestions, gave me prices to help in my decisions, and worked tirelessly to ensure I got the benefits we had paid for. I truly appreciate all that the folks at Pembroke Visionworks did to make my appointment happen. I have a new vision provider in the Pembroke Visionworks store.

I have been a long lasting customer. Every time I come in to here, these women are smiling, upbeat, and positive. It is a great atmosphere. I own businesses and you just don't see that kind of upbeat atmosphere when you go in a business. Dawn Main has been a contact up there I have been using for a while. She is the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Plus, she talks Philadelphia Eagles talk when I am there so that gives her a one up with me!
