Best drugstore in Rowley, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Made an appoint for a covid booster, had a confirmation email. After waiting in line they said they lost the record and refused to provide the booster even when I showed them the email confirmation. Pharmacist was very rude and dismissive and said he didn't have the time to double check and just to be clear he even admitted my email clearly showed I had an appointment, just didn't care. Incompetence is bad, but not giving a flip is so much worse. ~Chris
