Made an appoint for a covid booster, had a confirmation email. After waiting in line they said they lost the record and refused to provide the booster even when I showed them the email confirmation. Pharmacist was very rude and dismissive and said he didn't have the time to double check and just to be clear he even admitted my email clearly showed I had an appointment, just didn't care. Incompetence is bad, but not giving a flip is so much worse.

Nice staff, very helpful, wait usually not too long Had one problem with a refill said not in stock, then they looked for it, voila it was there, took longer than usual but got it same day

Went in for a covid-19 vaccine today, and was refused service despite the fact that they claim they take walk ins. The lady at the desk claimed they were "short staffed" but there was only one other person there waiting to get a vaccine. She then offered me no help or potential solutions, and made me feel like she just didn't care, very unprofessional. I was willing to wait until she had taken the other patient, but she said again that they were short staffed and said i couldn't get the vaccine today. My experience was very negative and highly unprofessional. If your planning on getting the covid vaccine I would look elsewhere to another location, or make sure you schedule an appointment because they will not take walk-ins despite what they say on their website, and numerous signs around the store saying they do.

The most rude people you will ever come across work in the pharmacy - there is one women who obviously does not like people - why she is allowed to work here is just mind bobbling - there are 2 ladies that are very nice - I have been in this CVS enough times in the last 25 years that I know them all by name.

The cashier at the pharmacy has to go. She has zero people skills, is abrupt and borderline rude. She clearly should not have contact with customers.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. WE had a $10 off coupon here and they did not apply it. After they told us on the phone they could we went in to have it applied and they told us that they couldn't. OK whatever we can use it somewhere else as it did not expire til the 15th. However then they proceed to bad mouth us and say "She got a good deal I don't know why she is whining" ...Mind you this was the manager. So what if we got a good deal. That was our choice to use all the coupons/shop the sale! They need to show some more respect for their customers and I will be reporting this to corporate.

Had the Worst time trying to get a prescription filled, my doctors office send`s prescription refills electronically to the Rowley CVS. Friday CVS claimed that they had no request from my Drs office, tried again on Monday still nothing, called Drs office, they had responded to request 2x on Friday and 2x times on Monday, CVS actually did acknowledge the 2nd request on Monday! Why is Rowley CVS having such a hard time receiving electronically sent prescription refills? The only reason this review has 1 star is because I can not submit the review without it!

The pharmacy is horrible. The women are so rude and they clearly haven't learned the HIPAA Guidelines. Yesterday she shouted from across the pharmacy "what's your prescription for?" Then got mad when I wouldn't answer. They call me 1000 times a month to get me to refill stuff I don't need refilling, yet when I call in a refill and assume it to be ready nobody can call me and tell me it's not in stock! Like I have nothing else to do!

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Miserable people who always snap back at you on the phone and sneer disgust when they hear a Spanish name. When you go for your prescriptions, they make you repeat your name ten times because "its unfamiliar to them" and then throw the prescriptions at you to get you out of that store as fast as possible. Avoid this place at all cost. They're rude and borderline racist.

because of my wife's illness I am there weekly to fill medications & I earn cvs bucks & buy many different items their for her. I rate the Pharmacy staff top rate- always calling me Mr V. & always asking about her. The young man name Doug part of staff is very friendly & very, very helpful. The staff out front are as equally as helpful. Thanks CVS Rowley.
