Best oil change service in Seekonk, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I wish I could give them a zero. I came and they had me wait for half an hour to tell me they didn’t have the part to change my oil. They had me go down the street and pick up the part for them and when I came back, they would service my car. I came back, and they finished the cars they were working on, which was fine and understandable. However, they let three cars go in front of me who arrived after I did. The people working were generally rude to me except one guy was nice to me, Ethayn was the only one that was kind and tried to be helpful. I came in with a coupon however, when I came back, they said I would either be able to use the coupon or have the part that I purchased deducted but not both. Even though they had me pick up the part that they needed in the first place. If I had known all of that I would have gone somewhere else where they would not have ignored me, been kinder, and would have had the proper parts and less of a headache. Had a terrible experience getting an oil change and tire rotation here for my Ford Transit. I made an oil change appointment, expecting the process to take around an hour, so I waited in the waiting area. My van wasn't even on the lift til 1 1/2 hours after I arrived. Finally, the van is done 2 1/2 hours later. I asked the service rep if it always takes this long. He said he had another large vehicle up on the lift. Fine, though I would've appreciated a warning when I check in or made the appointment that it was going to take extra time. It seemed like everyone was waiting an extra long time, including another person who waited 2 hours for an oil change on a normal passenger vehicle. I was finally relieved to be on my way when I realized that they hadn't checked my tire pressure after rotating the tires. Suddenly I'm driving with rear tires inflated to only 54 PSI when they're supposed to be 80. Front tires at 67 and 74 when supposed to be 52. So now I was stuck driving around to gas stations to inflate my tires properly. I thought this would be an easy and quick process at their "Quick Lane," but it turned into a huge headache.
