Was disappointed with the lemon shortbread cookies. Shortbread was tender and buttery (reason for the 3) but the lemon icing was so hard it wasn’t edible. Cookies were bought almost a week before the sell by date. ~Kathy

The town of Shirley requires that any residents who live within a 1-mile radius of the post office have a PO box, and packages will not be delivered to your home if shipped through USPS or FedEx SmartPost. They also make absolutely no attempt to help with orders that cannot be sent to a PO box. They will return the package immediately. I have had multiple packages intercepted by the post office and immediately returned to the sender without any attempt to contact me or accommodate their own ridiculous policies by placing the package in my PO box. ~James

Annie and her team of bakers are awesome. The cake they made for our dad's 50th birthday was sublime - you'd never know it had no gluten, and you'd also have no idea it didn't come from crazy cake shop in downtown Boston! Her service was exemplary, and the dessert was sublime - a total 5-star experience. Just be sure that when you're driving there, you keep a close eye out for it - it's in an industrial park, and if you're not looking for the sign, you'll miss it! ~Nate
