making another post about my experience with the same lady that i posted about 3 years ago. she’s always been rude to me; she probably saw my review of her not helping me. again, she was condescending, i recently moved and some of my stuff was sent to my old P.o. box and all she said was “i don’t think that’s an option anymore”, twice. in a condensending way. no apologies at all. she also said it “must” have gotten returned. how do you not know where the mail goes? can’t wait to leave this town of stuck up people. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Great service. Super nice, pleasant, small-town post office. However...they will lose your mail. Incoming, outgoing, whatever. I've lived in town less than a year and had multiple things go missing without a trace. Super frustrating.

They also make absolutely no attempt to help with orders that cannot be sent to a PO box. They will return the package immediately. I have had multiple packages intercepted by the post office and immediately returned to the sender without any attempt to contact me or accommodate their own ridiculous policies by placing the package in my PO box.

I spent the whole day waiting for my package, but instead found a "Sorry we missed you" ticket in my mailbox. I guess they were too busy to deliver the package. Isn't that your job? I even left my car in the driveway and not in my garage to indicate to you that I was home. I don't understand, is this just laziness?
