I am very thankful for Christianna and Lauren in the Southwick office. I have been going there since the end of February and they have been great! Very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their patients. We've had some laughs during my recovery along with some great conversations. Today was my last visit for now. Prescription refill was suppose to be ready on Saturday. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Called before coming out Sunday, was told it would be ready by 2. Then got a call saying they wouldn't be refilling it. The pharmacist literally said she "knows better than your doctor" and refused to fill it because she didn't like what it was prescribed for. Then said "too bad - I'm the boss" and hung up. Upon going into the store and pointing out state law requiring her to refill the doctor's prescription, she then said "your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about and I'm not filling it because I said so and if you don't leave I'm calling the cops". MA law requires she fill the doctor's prescription. Unfortunately she's decided that her politics take precedence over someone who actually knows what they're doing. She should be terminated and lose her license. Don't ever use this store. ~Kyle

I feel like the reviews below are from a business that occupied this space a 2+ years ago. They are now Fresh Fields Cafe, not between rounds, and I've never had any of the issues those customers experienced. My husband and I have been regularly going here for breakfast and lunch for approximately 12+ months. They did great through COVID, food quality and service was top notch, which we really appreciated. Any issues we ever had were fixed on the spot. Any stupid requests/alterations I had, they accommodated. I hope they continue to weather the COVID storm! My picture is of a Hearty RC on a plain wrap. ~Lisa

Brought home some McDonald’s for lunch today. Nothing crazy, just a McDouble and a medium fry. The drive thru moved quickly even at lunch rush which was nice. One thing about McDonald’s is the food never stays very warm in the takeout. I only live 10 minutes away, the burger is cold and the fries were as well. I still enjoyed everything though. I appreciate the quick service you’d expect from a fast food joint. ~Marco's

VCA Southwick is the best. Not the least expensive, but the pet portal online has all the info I ever need, appointments are easy to schedule, and all the docs and techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. 7 years of my Australian Shepard going here, a few cats, and a few fosters over the years have all been taken excellent care of. ~Brian

Little hidden Gem here in Southwick . Great coffee and treats to go with it . They sell some local vendors items . A great place to meet for small business meetings or just to chats with a friends ~Tina
