Charged $30 to switch an unlocked phone.. first claimed phone wouldn't work because it wasn't metro .. said I'll got.to another metro and all of sudden he can do it for $30. Asked for receipt gave a 30.00$ plan receipt. No mention of services.. asked for one with that info and printer stopped working.. did complete the service though . ~zay

Rip off. Sary Torres’s and Mariah Garcia refused to give me a refund after buying a new iPhone that did not work within the 7 day period even though I have my receipt in original packaging. Dam scammers ~Shana

The MetroPCS authorized dealer located at 500 Armory Street is an excellent location. The representatives at this location are helpful and knowledge. The location of the store is good as well. The parking lot is a little small but there is usually a spot or two to park on the side of the street near the store. ~Chris

They did a great job of answering all my questions about the best deals for upgrades. Gave me advice about backing up my info before switching phones. Let me use their chargers while doing so because my old phone was dying. Had everything set up with my new phone for me before handing it over. I'll keep going back to this location for sure! ~Sarah

Mind you, I was having a perplexing day, up until point. She made me smile and feel comfortable. Plus, she got me a significant return on my refund. They gave me the vehicle with new brakes rotors and tires. Oil change and a free warranty. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle. I stopped in one day last week and drove away in a car the same day(cash sale)! I was walked through each step thoroughly and taken care of the whole way from start to finish. They are willing to work with you as much as possible as long as you’re respectful and work with them. The sales rep is a busy man so have some patience though because he always returns missed calls and is a man of his word plus some!! The car I purchased is a very solid car overall, low miles for the year and the price was right! Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the market for a great used car! ~Shane
