They did a great job of answering all my questions about the best deals for upgrades. Gave me advice about backing up my info before switching phones. Let me use their chargers while doing so because my old phone was dying. Had everything set up with my new phone for me before handing it over. I'll keep going back to this location for sure!

I had to get a replacement phone. Finally came in . I ask Michael if he back up my phone before the transfer to the new phone. Yaya is all he said even though I strictly specified to make sure he did that before starting. He then handed me the new phone, and of course he didn't do what I asked by backing it up and before resetting the old phone back to factory. He then stated it was my fault. My husband passed away recently and his photos were on the original phone, I lost everything, just because he wouldn't take a second to do his job. I ask for the manager, he isn't here. I asked for the manager name, wouldn't give it to me. I left . Called back numeral times to ask for manager and Michael and his Co worker kept hanging up on me. I witnessed how they treated other customers when I was there several times. I have never encountered such incompetence and rude behavior like this. The manager has no idea how unprofessional Michael and his co-worker is. I went to the west Springfield store , they were amazing. Never go here. They are incompetence and rude , no reason for any of this, if they would just do their job. Never will recommend this place ever!!!

Went in for a friend of mine who was interested in switching over to them. During that time they ran a promotion of "Free Phones for everyone" event. Not only were the sales people clearly reciting to us the same line they give customers and trying to sell us accessories we didnt need. But when we brought up the free promotion the sales people were not only not aware of the promotion but refused to check their own website to verify. The promotion also promoted the deal for switching over from a different provider not TMobile, my friend had the company which promotes the best coverage (and also very red)... They did not want to honor any aspect of their promotion for switching. Ive worked retail before and even in my eyes the store not only looks but the empoyees are very unprofessional. One star because i could not give zero stars...

One of the BEST STORES i have been to. Not only where they extremely helpful but they know their stuff and try to help you the best they can. i went in to upgrade a few weeks back and was helped by Michael, caroline and celilee they teamed up got me everything i needed for the phone they made me feel like i was there only customer. they are great the store is great i will be coming to this store for all mu purchases

Nothing. Not one damn thing. Bad experience every time except for the first time when i was buying a phone. And i think only then because boyfriend was with me. They're very rude and good customer service is definitely something they need to learn.

Lies and manipulation. Catherine the manager refuses to explain the lack of an exchange policy until your locked into that phone. Oh and never said that in getting a new phone thats 4 years old is an upgrade. Horrible service. Go to riverdale road.

Went to buy a new phone after mine cracked. Went to this location 30 minutes before they were supposed to close and they already locked all the doors and wouldn't let us inside to make the purchase. Woman was very rude too.
