Best furniture store in Springfield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I've been meaning to getting around to writing this review for awhile but the time has just gotten away with me. First let me start by saying I love going to this big lots they always have what I'm looking for and more but I'm writing this review more about the employees. There was an awesome team on the day I lost my phone in there. I put it on a shelf somewhere don't know how I left it but I did. When I came by in to look for it they all jumped in to help me without any hesitation and they were so nice about it. Shouts out to that team that was working that day.
