Best spa and health club in Uxbridge, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Jessica and her team are truly an outstanding, kind and professional group of instructors. My wife and I attended a bunch of the yoga classes offered and I’m pleased to say that they exceeded our expectations! The power yoga and fire flow yoga were great workouts and definitely brought on a sweat while the soul flow yoga was a perfect balance of workout and peaceful stretching. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all skill levels. They offer way more classes but we have not tried them yet. They offer a bunch of different pricing packages which can be flexible with our ever changing lives. Furthermore, the facility is both spacious and clean! ~Dameon
