I've been going to JTB for years and year- the coaches and trainers have supported me through so many body changes/needs and challenges- Thanks to their variety of classes and coaching options, there's no way to get bored and always something to fit into my schedule. All levels always welcomed and it's now like a little gym family!

I can’t emphasize enough what a wonderful place JTB is and what an amazing group of people teach and work out there. They offer a huge variety of classes that appeal to people with different fitness goals and at different levels. The JTB community is welcoming, encouraging, and non-judgmental. Strength is a fantastic class that focuses on using weights to, you guessed it, build your strength. This class is a great place to start if you have no idea what you are doing and have never worked out before. It is for all fitness levels and the instructor is excellent at demonstrating the movements (she makes it look sooo easy - it isn’t) and modifying for beginners, people with injuries, and even those of us who have simply given up due to our hatred of the exercise. Boot Camp is Strength interspersed with cardio. It’s somewhat intimidating to walk into this class when you see some crazy workout scrawled on the board. But just do it, we all were that new person once. To be honest, I’ve been coming to JTB for years and I still get nervous, but now it’s mixed with excitement. Again, the instructor modifies and demonstrates as needed. But the thing about this class is that though it is difficult, it is difficult because you will push yourself. The instructor will give you an out, like “just do 5 instead of 10, or try this instead” but like the masochists we’ve all become, you find yourself ignoring that advice. You will also hate yourself halfway through it and regret all your life choices up to that point. But, don’t worry, the sweat will mask your tears. Then, just when you think that you aren’t going to make it to the end of the class, you find yourself signing up for the next one before you even leave the studio. Welcome, you are now one of us. Barre is another great workout. Think ballet-like moves (though you aren’t dancing) that work muscles you didn’t even know you had. Again, demonstrations and modifications are offered and as you stretch and arabesque, you will visualize the beautiful ballerina-like figure that you will have, if in fact you had been born looking like a graceful dancer, but a girl can still dream. You won’t sweat like you do in boot camp, but you will still get an awesome workout that helps tone and sculpt your body. There are a variety of yoga classes offered, and while I like to think that one day I could be the type of person to hold tree pose without swearing or falling over, I know my limitations. I have tried a beginner yoga course, which I loved, and eventually would like to try more classes, however, I like child’s pose a bit too much to really want to do anything else. And last, but certainly not least – 305 Fitness. This is a dance-cardio class, and let me tell you, it’s my absolute favorite. My only complaint is that I wish it were offered every day and that maybe I had a bit more rhythm, but those are the breaks. This is 45 minutes of “dancing”, and I use that term loosely because I don’t know if what I am doing could actually be considered dancing at times. Luckily, the lights are turned down for this class, so your confidence increases. It’s like hitting the dance floor in the club after a few drinks - you “believe” you can dance, so you dance like no one is watching. And to be honest, no one is watching you, everyone is watching Jackie, the instructor, so we don’t miss the next move and bump into the person next to you. It’s such a fun workout that you are actually bummed when it’s over. There are a number of other classes to try as well, such as Pilates and Buti Yoga, which are very popular. I have yet to try them, but I look forward to doing so. They also offer nutrition coaching, which I was hesitant to sign up for, but it is nothing short of miraculous.

JTB is an amazing one-stop shop for fitness, wellness, and self-care. I’ve been coming here for massage, facials, hair appointments, Strength classes, Bootcamp, all the yoga — especially Buti! — plus workshops and pop up classes. I can’t recommend Jess and her team enough!

I absolutely love this wellness studio, for all it has to offer and so much more. I have never felt more welcomed, and safe before in a gym or spa setting as I do here. I have tried a few yoga/fitness classes, and have used there spa services about 20 times. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Jessica and her team are truly an outstanding, kind and professional group of instructors. My wife and I attended a bunch of the yoga classes offered and I’m pleased to say that they exceeded our expectations! The power yoga and fire flow yoga were great workouts and definitely brought on a sweat while the soul flow yoga was a perfect balance of workout and peaceful stretching. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all skill levels. They offer way more classes but we have not tried them yet. They offer a bunch of different pricing packages which can be flexible with our ever changing lives. Furthermore, the facility is both spacious and clean!
