I used to be an AM at this store and dominos has always been and forever will be my favorite. But it’s different Ever since I stopped working there and making my own food dominos hasn’t been the same. I reached expectations and ever since I haven’t been able to make my own food dominos has disappointed. The only reason I like the thin crust pizza is for the oregano and I also love their ranch dipping cups. And yet again I have received neither. And whenever I pick up I always have to remind them about my dip Sauces. And I usually notice when I don’t receive my oregano on my thin crust. I just wish every dominos employee viewed their customers how I did. As if I were them ❤️

Absolutely the best pizza we have had, best domino's we have had in the 17 states we have been to. Delivery guy was super kind, happy....just a pure joy and blessing. Thank you to everyone involved in making and delivery.

Went in to order a pizza for carry out and was ignored by every rude employee in the store. I will NEVER go back after being a loyal customer at this location.

Twice in a row, Brooklyn style pizza arrived greasy (did not order extra cheese) and limp - had to blot off extra grease and throw it in oven to 'finish' cooking it. Probably depends on who is on pizza-making duty, but it's just been so bad lately that we don't want to take the chance. Paired with chicken nuggets @ $1 per nugget ($32 for 32 pieces) -- we are just done with Dominos.

This store is amazing, I had an issue 1 time and they went above and beyond to fix it. There is a store less then a mile from me and I will gladly drive father or wait a little longer to order from the Martinsburg location. You guys Rock!!

I placed my order late, but my food was still good. It was hot. I called the store because I thought I canceled my order and the person answering the phone was helpful, understanding and kind. The driver was nice as well. He checked to be sure I was happy with the amount of time it took for my food to arrive, and I was pleased with my service. I got my order early. Oh! My lava cakes were made just right!!!

Usually have a good experience but ordered food 2 days ago and it was horrible. Ordered a Chicken Parmesan sandwich but got what I guess was supposed to be Chicken Bacon Ranch literally only had 3 little pieces of chicken and some bacon bits

As usual, the pizza was great. I decided to order the boneless chicken with hot sauce. At $7.49 for 8 pieces, nearly $1 each, I received the equivalent of chicken McNuggets at 4 times the price. They were very small and very dry. No resemblance to the picture posted online. Clearly a classic example of ordering chicken from a pizza business. In the future I will stick to what they do well.
