Needed to ship a glass jar. Without asking the contents of the package Paul tells me to hit the red button(saying not fragile) I read it and say no it's glass it's the green button. Literally told me "If it breaks, it breaks". He couldnt be bothered to take care with a package. I took my package up the street instead with no issues.

Will never go here again! The guy at the counter is beyond rude. If you ask any questions, you'll get treated like an old piece of gum on the sidewalk. Absolutely despicable.

Paul refused to give me my own package even after I went online and requested to pick it up at the Post Office. He told me that drivers are paid to deliver packages and that I was trying to insult the mail business by doing what I was doing even though USPS literally offers what I selected. Rudest guy I’ve ever met in my life. He then insulted the Post Master by saying they would probably have given me my package because they don’t care about the drivers while he does. Terrible employee business over there. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an organization. Paul should NOT be in customer service.

Paul has got to be the WORST employee at this location. He is so rude and condescending. He not only didn't count my change back to me, he threw it on the counter. Wish I could give zero stars for this service. This is the last time that I go to this location.

I wish I could give zero stars. The guy at the post office on Saturday is rude and aggressive after reading these reviews I can’t believe he still works there he made my daughter feel uncomfortable with his rude attitude. Will NEVER go here again.

I have had a private PO Box at this location for nearly 20 years, and a professional office box served by this USPS branch for nearly 10 years. The staff have always been attentive, helpful, and efficient. Some front desk personnel have been remarkably considerate and gone completely out of their way to be of service (Kathy in past years, Melissa currently). My residential mail has been delivered faithfully and without incident. My office mail delivery has been largely efficient and consistent (affected only by occasional turnover of personnel). Any variations to service have been few, quickly resolved, and within normal expectations for a human service organization. This agency and personnel are a bright spot of locating to this community. too many bad things i can say about this place. postmaster actually needs to do her job instead of having the clerks do it. think the postmaster is a flake in my opinion. i think the higher ups need to do a total investigation on this office. it has one of the WORST reviews when coming to work for them. the drama that goes on in this place is worse than days of our lives. i recommend going to the linwood post office or the north uxbridge one. they are much nicer and more efficient.

The people in the post office are efficient and friendly. The postman who delivers mail is less than satisfactory. I am home daily and she refuses to come to the door for a signature. Instead I get an automatic slip in the mailbox informing me I need to drive 5 miles to pick up my package. This happens every time I receive a package. The mailbox is shoveled out in the winter and I am always home. This reflects badly on the Uxbridge Post Office.
