Spoke with Lou several times over the phone regarding what radio I was thinking of buying. Lou is extremely knowledgeable about the subject and takes the time to talk with you. Got to his shop and he had my President Mckinley ready for me, all set to go. You don't actually go into his shop, he does the transaction by the door. Very understandable in these times.
