Unfortunately when i went only 1 employee was there. He seemed very nice however he was already with a couple activating their service and setting them up. Waited for 40 minutes before more people came in and the line was growing. I understand staffing issues. However It just seems silly to run a phone shop on a Saturday with only one person when setting someone up can easily take 45 minutes to an hour for new customers. Im sure the employee is a hard worker . He seemed to be really helping the couple he was with so this isn't against him . But for my own experience having to wait 40 minutes at least and still not having help to making a purchase isn't ideal. I ended up leaving , likely won't go back. There just simply needs to be more available people when it is such a heavily customer service business. ~Mike
