My pregnant wife and I walked in out. Please don't go to this location for service. Last night went to this att location was told I can return my phone and exchange for another (only 4 days old). Go in there today (next day) and no exaduration after waiting 75 minutes just to speak to someone, the same guy says it can't be returned or exchanged because it's not a corporate location. I called ATT while in the store and they told me it can be returned so I handed the phone to the guy in the store and they spoke. He said I was rude to him so he didn't want to help me. Went there last night the guy was great then today he missed his lunch break or something and he says no I can't help. Bottom line don't go to this getto location. They don't respect or care about customer service. I felt bad for the other couple too, they had been dealing with him for nearly 3 hours they said. The Dedham store is a farther drive but we'll respected with more knowledgeable and readily available staff. Plus the displays were not stollen.

Henry was so helpful. He was the only one working, and there were two customers ahead of me. That was the reason for the wait, which he informed me of and I was fine with waiting. It wasn't something that I could call for. When it was my turn, Henry was attentive and friendly and very personable. I noticed his patience and kindness with the other customers as well. He went above and beyond and gave me information about blacklisting my stolen phone. I didn't know this was possible and I was so grateful. Overall, it was a great experience and I left happy.

Wonderful store,Jalycia was so helpful set my phone up,added the screen saver and case and did not make me feel like an idiot. Tieyae was great and helpful also. I'm so happy with this store.

Went in to replace an iPhone. Showed attendant current phone and was told it was worth a $250 trade in credit. Brought the phone back a week later after transferring info and clearing and was told it’s only worth a $10 trade in. Fine service otherwise

Tieyae Houston was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to help me out on 2 different visits to the ATT store in WB. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. I have never had such excellent experiences with customer service than I have here with Ty. I hope his manager realizes the exceptional young man he has in this position. Thank you for everything Ty! You’re the best! 💛

The sales rep Mark was the most helpful rep I’ve ever dealt with. I walked in and explained I needed a new phone that day and he had me in and out with a new phone quicker than it took me to get an iced coffee in the Dunks drive thru line! Best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. I was so happy about my experience that my mom went and got a phone two days later as well. Mark was once again super helpful!

I went to the West Bridgewater store for help one night after trying to take care of an issue over the phone with a representative. When I got to the store Sarah was there and ready to help me. After I explained my issues to her, she went to working on fixing all the issues. Sarah was very very helpful and understanding of my frustration. If I have any more problems I will be going back to Sarah. Thanks for the great customer service.

Mark was extremely helpful when my sister and I wanted to upgrade our phones. He found many options that worked with our current phone plan and I was able to get so much more than I originally expected to. He made sure that we knew everything we needed to know before making a decision. I am very satisfied with my purchase and they need to give him a raise.
