Unfortunately when i went only 1 employee was there. He seemed very nice however he was already with a couple activating their service and setting them up. Waited for 40 minutes before more people came in and the line was growing. I understand staffing issues. However It just seems silly to run a phone shop on a Saturday with only one person when setting someone up can easily take 45 minutes to an hour for new customers. Im sure the employee is a hard worker . He seemed to be really helping the couple he was with so this isn't against him . But for my own experience having to wait 40 minutes at least and still not having help to making a purchase isn't ideal. I ended up leaving , likely won't go back. There just simply needs to be more available people when it is such a heavily customer service business.

My stylo 3 died and I just wanted my sim card to go into a temporary phone so I could have a phone until the phone I wanted was available for purchase, but I did not have my pin number and the Taunton store said It could not be done and I would have to lose my business number and get a new one. I called the West Bridgewater store and they said that they could help and help they did. Derick deserves a raise!!! and 15 minutes later I walked out with my sim card in my temporary phone. I will be buying the new phone (Samsung A53) as soon as it arrives in store. I will also buy whatever accessories I need here even If I have to order and wait for them. I will come here for anything mobile phone related.

Walked in Angry, Impatient, and stressed out, not knowing much of anything about the Metro Company. Left a short while later relaxed, optimistic, and smiling, with a phone that I absolutely LOVE (Moto G7 Power). Associate Derrek was great. He was patient, informative, and happy to help. Did ALL the talking to At&t for me to make it possible for me to switch my lines over, which was perfect because I had sworn to never deal with At&t EVER again. Love the Phones. Love the Service. and especially Love the $220+ I save every month paying $120 instead of the $340+ for my 3 lines. My Only regret is that I wasted a decade + and over $30K from not doing so sooner. Thanks Guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Had to go to metro to start a new plan and get 2 new phones. It was the best experience and the staff there were amazing! Made sure everything was how we wanted, left no answer unanswered and were down right great people. Made the experience easy and painless

Had 2 get 2 phones to replace exsisting they showed us what our needs where and also showed us a less expensive way to grab the phones and memory cards and save more. We also got the plastic covers installed and the new warranty for 6 a month that provides extra coverage now. So worth it
