Best brake shop in West Springfield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Since January, Precision Auto Repair has been a huge help for me not once but twice. I live in Southern Connecticut, but have family near the repair shop. I have had car problems twice while visiting family, and both times, I chose to go to Precision Auto. The customer service was excellent. The mechanics know their field. Very courteous and the repair costs were very reasonable. The second time I went, it was an urgent matter with my vehicle. I would not have made it back to CT without getting my vehicle fixed. Precision took care of the problem right away. I can't thank them enough. James, the owner, even reached out to me afterwards to make sure all was going well. He's great, as is all of his staff.
