With a strong mechanical background, Automotive Repair Master Certification, and a whole lot of drive he took a chance and opened a small Auto Service Center and Auto Repair Shop in West Springfield, MA. I am quite impressed with the communication I had with the office after I left my car for repairs I had a thorough explanation sent to me so I could go through all the recommendations and I received a call that explained ( in simple terms I could understand) what needed to be done I was able to decide how much work was needed right away and understood what kwas being done ! My girlfriend and I were in a really tight spot when the front axle snapped. I called these guys and not only did they point me in the right direction but they made me and my car feel like a first priority. They made sure to call and keep me updated every step of the way and graciously answered any and all questions I had. Best auto repair service I have ever had, hands down. Knowledgeable main office staff that know what they're talking about, super nice and communicate really well. Techhnicians get the job done right. They even take a ride with you so you're on the same page about your car issues. Diagnostic fee is a little steeper than im ised to, but well worth it to get the issue diagnoaed correctly rhe first time. Best if you plan ahead and leave your car there if you can since they're pretty busy.

Since January, Precision Auto Repair has been a huge help for me not once but twice. I live in Southern Connecticut, but have family near the repair shop. I have had car problems twice while visiting family, and both times, I chose to go to Precision Auto. The customer service was excellent. The mechanics know their field. Very courteous and the repair costs were very reasonable. The second time I went, it was an urgent matter with my vehicle. I would not have made it back to CT without getting my vehicle fixed. Precision took care of the problem right away. I can't thank them enough. James, the owner, even reached out to me afterwards to make sure all was going well. He's great, as is all of his staff. I have used Precision several times now and will never go back to the dealership. Customer service and follow up on any job done to your vehicle is great. From a brake job to just adding coolant, they really are a great shop to get your vehicle serviced. I have been taking my car to Precision Auto for the past 2 years. This shop is the most detail oriented and customer focused car repair shop in the area. My 2012 Subaru Legacy was having misfiring issues so the technicians performed a multitude of tests. Based on previous data from inspections in years past they were able to find that the issue was worn out spark plugs! Also upon further inspection they found that my serpentine belt was worn out as well! They sure know how to solve issues before they become bigger problems. I appreciate their help with assisting me in keeping my Subaru on the road for 200,000 miles plus! Especially with the price of a new car currently. I would recommend Precision Auto if you’re looking for a place that puts the customer first and makes concise and calculated decisions to keep your car on the road with minimal issues.
