Got my tires here so I came back for a flat repair and rotation. The guy at the desk argued with me about paying for the flat repair and rotation stating there was no record of me purchasing them there which I did. I got an alignment as well. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed my car pulling in the opposite direction from before. When I called back they couldn’t take me in to fix their mistake for 2-3 days. The most alarming part of it all was a few days later I was driving on the highway and heard a weird noise coming from the front of my car. I was worried so I took it to my mechanic right away to check out and he said my wheel almost fell off! When they rotated my tires they didn’t put them back on properly and this is a huge safety issue. I will not be going back to them ever again and if you value your safety, you won’t either.

Had to get a tire plug installed. Was done quickly and only charged 10 dollars. That's a win in my book.

4 times my truck has been to this place and they said the alignment was perfect however was still shifting to the right. Then a young guy stuttered and said it could be the camber and they don't fix that. So all these times it was being serviced they couldn't tell the dealership next door that the 2nd or 3rd time? Then randomly there was air leaking in the tire which I found a nail in the side wall of the tire when I left. Steering wheel is turned more than before and the truck shifts to the right. Customer service wasn't good either. Bad attitude and Bad for business.

I popped in today after getting notifications for a few days of low pressure in one of my tire. Saw there was a big nail in my tire. Upon arrival, I was told they were very busy and it was gonna be a long wait. I offered to come back but a different gentlemen overheard and told me it was fine and he would take care of me. Within 10 minutes, my tire was fixed and I was sent on my way. He even told me there was no charge. I appreciate how quickly they took care of me despite being very busy and also that they didn’t charge me for the repair. Wish I knew his name. Thanks again!

I went to the West Springfield location today with a piece of metal in my tire. My tires aren’t usually in stock. The guys ordered them at 10am and called me and put them on by 1:30pm the same day. Thank you guys for everything today. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Specific people Brett, Mike, Jamie and Chris thank you again guys!

Great service. I went to get a plug for a slow leak on my VW GTI. A week or two later I purchased (for a Mazda 3) a set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4. They ordered them, they arrived in a day or two, made the appointment for the install, two installers got the job done in 20 mins or so. Friendly and helpful. I'll be back for some snows soon.
