Best tire shop in Springfield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I popped in today after getting notifications for a few days of low pressure in one of my tire. Saw there was a big nail in my tire. Upon arrival, I was told they were very busy and it was gonna be a long wait. I offered to come back but a different gentlemen overheard and told me it was fine and he would take care of me. Within 10 minutes, my tire was fixed and I was sent on my way. He even told me there was no charge. I appreciate how quickly they took care of me despite being very busy and also that they didn’t charge me for the repair. Wish I knew his name. Thanks again! ~Caitlin
