Best bank in Westfield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Calling 1800 support takes over an hour to get someone to answer. Branch employees do not help resolve issues either. When they bought the previous bank accounts were screwed up and no efforts are made to correct. They blame the customer. Poor at making sure accounts are tied together with overdraft protection and forget doing anything if not in person. They hide behind "laws" - how is it that banks exist with no locations? ~K

So I went in to cash in some change sense it's a BANK. First thing the would not except unless it's rolled ok no problem I'll legit sit there and roll pennies in a freaking bank I had 35 cents left and wanted to exchange the pennies for a quarter and a dime NOPE! Legit got attitude unbelievable a feeling BANK that I've been loyal to for many years ~Eving
