I needed screws to put on a license plate and they kindly gave them to me for free. In addition to this, I called the next day inquiring about windshield wipers and instead of forcing my business, they suggested other stores that they believed could service my car better. I have come to Monro multiple times for various issues with my car (tires, brakes, alternator, we hate Nissan) and the guys have been no less than stellar every time! Today I came in complaining about a wheezing sound in my engine and they very quickly found that I needed a new alternator and before just ordering the most expensive part they heard my concerns, gave me suggestions, and helped me shop around to find the best deal that fit my budget while still being safe and getting the job done. I have never felt pressured into getting additional work done like I have other shops and the gentlemen that work there genuinely make what is a normally a wildly stressful experience comfortable and almost fun. Just weeks prior I had gone in for a brake job that went just as smoothly, even with a 2 year old child in tow! I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need quick service I can trust. Martin Tire is my go to for anything auto related. If they can’t do it, they will let you know who can. The guys there are awesome and you can trust them. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Dude gave me a bum alternator that failed in 2 weeks. Just had to spend hundreds more dollars having it re-replaced by my good mechanic Paul, at Young's garage. That guy gets five stars. Go see him. Never, ever go to TMT. ~Samuel
