I can't thank Mike and his staff enough for the efficient, professional and urgent care they took To get my 2 tires replaced following a roadwork incident last night... To enable me to get to work today ... I have purchased tires from Martin tire since I moved to Worcester in 1985 and will continue to do so even though ownership has changed the service I believe has improved.. These two Mike's are my dudes! I absolutely love and trust Martin tire. I have been going here for years. I will say I miss grumpy ol Chuck the honest hard working man he was when he owned it. Only place I found in Worcester that could do an alignment on my lowered Lexus. When I find out it was also the best price I though it was a joke. You will find nothing but Integrity and great craftsmanship down at "Martins"

Story time: Car had a massive shudder after a snowstorm. Naturally, I was worried, and brought it in for a look. They admitted to being busy, but quickly scheduled me for a visit two days later. When I came in, the gentleman at the desk let me know that while he could look at my wheels and charge for it, that it was probably just snow in the wheelwell and that I should go test it, because it had probably melted by now. Sure enough, I took the car for a ride without any shaking. Saved me time, saved me money, and told me the truth. Definitely will rely on this garage in the future. Service: Tires

One of the greatest experiences I have had!!! I was treated with total respect. Given an appointment instantly on a weekend. They brought me in ordered the part I needed and put it on for a quarter of the price quoted by several other places. They do quality work and are there for their customers!!! Definitely going back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've purchased tires, had an alignment done and an oil change. I had a steering shaft replaced. The price for labor was competitive. One of the Tire pressure sensors failed after 10 years and they replaced it and programmed the car's computer to accept it. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I'm a Happy customer.

Was coming back from a trip to Boston, MA. I had about a 5 and a half drive when I picked up a roofing nail. Called them the morning we were leaving and showed up about an hour later. Everyone was extremely professional, and fixed the tire with a patch in about 15-20 minutes. These guys are a life saver and I would recomend them for any service. Thank you guys again for taking these worries off of my back. Also drove 5 hours with their plug and had no issues. I'm very impressed. 5 stars from now until the end of time. Service: Tires
