It is absurd that I am charged $20 to attend this gym when I am a member of another in shape that is just as nice AND when I used to pay the same amount I do now to be a Napa member. In shape has no respect for long term customers.

Everything I need to get my workout done. Facilities have been better kept and cleaned with the additional staff hired.

Most of my reviews reflect the colorful oddities of our region and culture. And I must confess I am most compelled to write a review when I feel slighted, or poorly served. But for Napa's In Shape I can offer only accolades. This clubs preformance during the pandemic struck me as accomodating and responsible. I never felt in peril of exposure. In general, this club is equiped with myriad ways to exercise. It is clean, the young people at the desk are polite, curently it is not crowded, and though I have never tested it, I think management would be responsive and helpful as far is resonable. Napa's In Shape Rocks--it is as good as you will make it.

New to the area. Took a tour of the gym and noticed that half the guys in there either had their noses hanging out or their masks off. Doesn't seem like management cares about covid-19. There were many idle staff at the desk chatting or on their phones when they could be keeping everyone safe by asking members to keep their masks on. The gym did look nice but I can't risk my family's health by going here unfortunately.

GOOD gym but poor management and concern for health. Nearly half of the gym is not wearing their mask or has it hanging off their ears during their workout. The health and safety of all of us and our community are at risk and management won't do anything.

As a few other dissatisfied customers have written, this gym nickel and dimes you. I was a member of the club when the Coronavirus came. In concern for my health, I decided to wait before I return to the club. I made many different forms of attempts in notifying them of my decision from several written, phone calls, and in-person visits before I was able to speak to someone. By then, I have been charged 4 membership fees and 1 never before mentioned fee. Despite my proof of attempts to hold my account, the gym showed very little to no interest in returning the fees charged. The whole process was more painful than necessary. I never got my refund and needless to say, I am no longer a member. I cannot remember the last time I wrote a 1 star review, but I believed that I had to take the time to do so for this gym for the sake of current and considering members. Before you decide to spend your hard-earned money, beware.

Masks are required but not enforced. Management will not enforce....even though the entrance sign says masks required, people check in maskless and no one says a word. For the second time this week, the music system was caught in an endless loop loudly playing two songs over and over and over and over and over, just like last week. I complained to the front desk and they said they knew something was wrong but didn't know what to do. I suggested they turn the music off and a very rude young man said they couldn't turn it off. I left. Management here has been abysmally poor at handling customer complaints. If you complain to the company you get a canned response saying how sorry they are etc and ask for your contact info so they can get more information, and when you supply it, you never hear from them. Lame. I need to find a better gym.

The gym was fast to address the issue and reach out. It was not the gym's fault thier provider failed to deliver the proper cleaning supplies. Definitely great costumer service and now that the gym is moving outdoors is definitely a challenge to keep warm so WORK OUT HARDER !!!! DEFINITELY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT MOTIVATION. "Is dangerous to be out of wipes all the time. All the bottom stations are out of wipes. Definitely needs more attention since CIVID-19 IS NOT OVER. There is a staff member randomly cleaning the equipment and that is a plus."
