My friend and I ordered the exact same meal, separately but same cashier. Our food looked completely different from each other. My soup came in a small bowl, Hers was in a to go container as was her whole meal. Our same ordered sandwiches didn't even have the same bread. The kitchen staff was so slow. They were loud and inappropriate and just plain rude. It took a good 20 minutes to get our food during a very slow time of day

If I could choose 0 or negative, It might help someone else in their decision. Just went to eat the salads we ordered via door dash and both salads had lots of decayed lettuce mixed throughout. couldn't even "pick and choose". Disgusting. How does a company allow decayed food to be kept in their food containers/refrigerators? Never again!!! Maybe they should read their statement about quality food.

I've routinely used the phone app to order a simple kids grilled cheese customized when bread to make it classic white mioche and they continuely get it wrong and are not very polite when u call and make the. Aware of the mistake.

This Panera was nice and clean. Service was fast and staff were pleasant. Used the kiosk to order, that is simple and fast. The quality of the bereakfast food was good.

Today was our first time here, and the food was delicious. Staff was very nice and friendly. Ordered two flatbread pizzas and a teriyaki bowl. Even got free refills on our lemonades, plus I got a free one to go. We will definitely be back on our way through. This place is great.

Its been a while since I have been to Panera. The location for this one in Napa is kind of hidden and the layout is a bit confusing but the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the pizza, I did order a Cesar salad but didn't get around to eating it. I tried one of the croutons and didn't care for them. Parking might be rough for larger vehicles as it shares a parking lot with several other businesses. Free soda refills.
