First time visiting this ulta and the manager followed us around and asked every five seconds if we needed help. Will not be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at this Ulta location. I don’t visit Ulta very often, I’m not much of a product girl. I went for something specific. The associate who greeted me was incredibly nice and helpful. The associate at checkout was nice and helpful. I’ll absolutely return to this location for future needs! Great job keeping customer service a focus at this Ulta! You’ve earned my business!

Angie was super helpful, kind and patient. I am so grateful! I returned a bunch of DevaCurl products because they ruined my hair! Angie helped with the return guided me to a stylist that could help me try a different product for curly hair. I'm super impressed with Ulta's return policy. They definitely won me over for life. Their staff was so nice! And their staff seems to know what products are good and what brands to avoid. I will forever ask the staff if they trust the brand I am buying.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I got at this store- I felt so lucky to have Gina style my hair before a wedding out of town- not only is she amazing at hair, she is totally lovely, funny and kind. She went totally above and beyond, and put so much care and effort in ensuring I got exactly the style I wanted- she made the experience so enjoyable. I also got exceptional service from the MAC artist, Niki. I didn’t even decide to have any makeup done until that morning, but she squeezed me in without an appointment ,also gave me the exact natural glam look I wanted, and I loved her warm, spectacular personality. Both Gina and Niki came in clutch Saturday morning, I wish they were at an Ulta near me!

Cashier named rihnnon was extremely rude and unprofessional. Anyone that spends their money here should not be treated so poorly. She lacked basic human skills on how to treat others. There is absolutely no reason for that type of nasty attitude in customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office to voice this matter and let it be known how I was treated by this employee. Even after I spoke to the manager on duty they told her to take a 15, she said no and continued doing what she wanted to. Obviously she doesn't even listen to management and looks like she runs that store. It's unacceptable.

I only trust Tessa with my brows! She is an amazing brow artist. She’s very kind and thorough, explaining each step and checking to make sure everything looks exactly how I want it. She recommended the benefit brow palette and it’s become a staple in my daily routine. Thank you Tessa!

The manager needs to get in there, tidy up the shelves, get someone to clean the trash routinely and fill up the shelves. This store needs LOTS of help. Whoever is the manager should be spoken to asap. Wish we had a better store here in Napa

Great experience! Went to get my brows done and pick up a couple products, ended up very satisfied. Tessa, who did my brows, was exceptionally nice and great at what she does. Brows look amazing and she did a great job at hi-lighting the natural shape. I wanted a pretty specific and unique product. Because of this, a lot of the floor staff ended up helping me try all the products they think would work for me. They helped me narrow them down to my favourites. The product I ended up buying was perfect for my troublesome skin and what I wanted to accomplish. Totally recommend you come to this Ulta if you want Tessa to give you great brows, fantastic customer experience or both!

It was a very frustrating experience unfortunately as I absolutely love this store and I’m a platinum member! I order my birthday package online (online because the birthday gifts in store just didn’t feel as inclusive as I’d like for being African American) the package had the wrong address on it and I corrected it via email. Ulta didn’t respond till 3 days after it was delivered then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do nor give me a refund. I called the address it was delivered to and they claim they don’t have it. So now I’m an unhappy customer. I hope Ulta fixes this problem in the future. If not with me than with some other unfortunate soul this befalls upon. Also customer service was nice but unfortunately they just kept repeating themselves to me.

When I shop Ulta if it is before or after work and I look say 'professional ' I get asked if I need help several times. On weekends when I am relaxing and in sweats, no makeup I could steal the store for the lack of attention. So this trip I had 2 ladies who very helpful with assisting me with my getting a replacement for my Clairasonic and extra brushes! Thank you, yay
