It is absurd that I am charged $20 to attend this gym when I am a member of another in shape that is just as nice AND when I used to pay the same amount I do now to be a Napa member. In shape has no respect for long term customers. ~Lauren

Seating outside is not the best. The ambiance inside is much nicer, but even with a reservation we were seated outside on the sidewalks. The food was about what we expected. It tasted fresh with high quality ingredients. One dish we got was overly spicy even though no spicy ingredients were listed. Pizza comes out a bit slow as they only cook 4 at a time and they are personal sized. ~Dylan

Its been a while since I have been to Panera. The location for this one in Napa is kind of hidden and the layout is a bit confusing but the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the pizza, I did order a Cesar salad but didn't get around to eating it. I tried one of the croutons and didn't care for them. Parking might be rough for larger vehicles as it shares a parking lot with several other businesses. Free soda refills. ~Gregg

I normally will ONLY do positive reviews and abstain from the negative trap, but I have to make an exception in this case. This is 100% my opinion based upon my experience(s) at this store. I have to give them 1 star to do the review--they don't allow zero or negative stars. Horrible store. Prices are just stupid at this point, and they go up more frequently than every week--particularly since the new ownership group took over, not that they were much better prior. These increases are way beyond the "covid" or "supply chain" excuse that has become so popular--this is about elevating profits post-purchase. The service is SLOW, understaffed 100% of the time, and most of their employees either don't want to be there or are miserable an buying time until they can retire and get out. Good luck getting a paper bag--it's plastic all the way, to save money--but the employees have been coached to lie about availability, fact is, they don't order because they cost more than plastic! Stock status is sparse and consistently unreliable. Your best hope is to do their work yourself, but they shut down the self-check out stations early, leaving no choice but to hit those horrible lines, that move slower than traffic on HWY 80 near the bay bridge. After 7 years, I've made my last trip, I'll see how Safeway does. Makes one feel anything but Lucky. ~Loren

I had a fantastic experience at this Ulta location. I don’t visit Ulta very often, I’m not much of a product girl. I went for something specific. The associate who greeted me was incredibly nice and helpful. The associate at checkout was nice and helpful. I’ll absolutely return to this location for future needs! Very nice staff, fair prices. The quality of your wax experience varies by who’s giving it. I’ve had the full range from a waxer aggressively ripping off paper while ranting about how her boyfriend cheated on her, to a waxer who therapeutically applies the wax and rips like the wind while having a nice story about her dog. REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WAXES, it’s the only way you can schedule for the best experience. ~Grey

Love this place. The bartenders for this cafe and the same bartenders that service “La Torque” (a Michelin star restaurant located at the hotel). The bartenders are super friendly and nice. The drinks are delicious (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). The breakfast brunch food was delicious. They also had a special Easter brunch. ~smile
