Very nice staff, fair prices. The quality of your wax experience varies by who’s giving it. I’ve had the full range from a waxer aggressively ripping off paper while ranting about how her boyfriend cheated on her, to a waxer who therapeutically applies the wax and rips like the wind while having a nice story about her dog. REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WAXES, it’s the only way you can schedule for the best experience.

Everyone here at European Wax Center is very nice and extremely professional. Some of the techs are better at Brazilian’s than others. Jessica is amazing at everything. I’m so glad I found her, because someone who can perfectly wax both my eyebrows & my bikini line is hard to find. This is my go-to place for any and all my waxing needs. I love this place but they tend to make my day inconvenient more often than not. My waxers have run late many times. Twice to the point of my having to reschedule. But when I ran 10 minutes late they immediately said they couldn't complete my appointment. So I have be fine with them being late but no wiggle room for me? May be time to try other places.

I spoke with the assistant manager yesterday and everyone who works at this location is super nice and professional and caring. I will continue to use this location and be a loyal customer. I've never had a bad experience with any waxer, either and I have never had an issue getting an appointment.

The best place you can go, specially if its your first. I booked my appointment with Brittaney and she was great, professional and made me feel comfortable being my first Brazilian wax. The receptionist was great also.

All of the waxers are REALLY great and everyone at the front desk is always warm, welcoming and very Nice. However, I bought the buy 9 package last year and due to horrible ingrown hairs (literally to the point I had to get antibiotic cream) I stopped getting that particular service. I still have 4 left and called to see if I could switch them to another service or gift them to someone else. They told me no that basically I’m screwed out of all the money I paid. I will never be a European wax center customer again due to them not working with you at all. I normally come here for eyebrows also and will be switching to some place else. So for those signing up for wax passes be sure to read the fine print because the policy is absolutely ridiculous. But again, the wax specialists and front desk attendants are awesome and very nice!

Nancy is amazing! She has been shaping my brows for over 3 years and they are perfect every time. She is so sweet and efficient. The prices are reasonable and they use high-quality wax that doesn't bother my sensitive skin.
