I've never been to a worse store. The place is always a mess..stuff thrown all over the floors and you can't get down isles. The selection for everything is bare minimum. We asked 2 workers where we could find something today..they both gave us different answers and neither were right so we left and went to Walmart.

My first time doing a order online and picking up at the store. Wonderful experience. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because no one acknowledged me as a customer or said “someone will be right with you” that goes a long way.

This target has declined rapidly in the past year. I have seen it both as a team member and a guest. The front end manager has no compassion for anyone and will bend over backwards for anyone but his team members. DO NOT spend your money here and DO NOT work here.

The clothing and shoe department is a disorganized dump. Not sure if this is due to sloppy customers, or lack of care from the workers. But it is impossible to navigate without tripping over things flung everywhere. Just, so messy. There are hardly ever cashiers working.

Idk how anyone enjoys shopping at this location there is stuff all over the floor in the clothing departments you can’t even get through the sections without running over hangers & clothes with your cart. The shoe section is an absolute disaster and half if not more of the shoes are on the floor. Nothing is ever in the right spot. I can’t say I necessarily blame the staff because I’m sure they are also short of help like everyone else but the costumers completely destroy the store and makes for a very unenjoyable target trip. Would recommend the westboro location any day over this dump.

Just posted pictures about Target on Lincoln st in Worcester Mass I have never seen the Store look so bad I dont know what's is going on. But I was really disappointed with the hot mess in there and no one doing nothing about it . It was chaotic and where were the sales people at?? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

This store is always clean and easy to navigate! Also has a Capital one Atm, which allows you to do complete banking transaction's which is very convenite, no line's to speak of!

I just spoke over an hour with the Target support team because I drove over an hour to buy an oculus. And they sold me a used oculus with no charging cable and it was damaged. You know what they offered me?!?! Go back to the store and pick up a new one or a 10 dollar gift card?!? I cannot believe that they would be this awful, like thank you I’ll just go F myself. Thank you so much for the option to go back in store get a refund and pay full price for another “new” just how I wanted oculus. Never again. I’m so disappointed in Target. And their amazing choices!

Not a particularly great Target. Shelves are a mess and it’s not organized very well. Also, the checkout staff was quite emotionless. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was the gentleman at the front wiping down baskets was very friendly.
