Working with the team at Thelen Honda has been the best car buying experience I've ever had! I had come to MI for a couple days to visit family and wanted to see about trading in my parents' leased Accord for a new vehicle. On Friday, Garrett was fantastic helped me coordinate quotes and getting everything prepped via email so that we'd be ready when we came to test drive vehicles the next day. On Saturday, even though the dealership was busy and he was the only manager on duty, Patrick took the time to handle our trade-in, set us up with a great deal, coordinate the lease financing, and manage all of the paperwork to get us in the new Passport that day! It meant the world to me that we were able to get my parents into such a great vehicle, on a weekend, with such care and attention... and that I could head home that Sunday with everything taken care of.
