Service department is very slow. They always provide good service, but they are alway behind schedule and never deliver on their time estimates.

I was on my way home from vacation when the engine light in my Honda came on & it immediately began to lose acceleration on the interstate. After making our way into town & trying a couple of different mechanics (who were very kind but unable to help), we found the Honda dealership and it was an absolute Godsend. We were greeted by the kindest gentlemen who immediately looked at my car and found the issue. Because they would have to order the necessary part and it would take a few days to arrive, they literally patched everything back together to get my child & I home safely (100+ miles!). They refused payment of any kind for their time and help. We did arrive home safely and when I took my car in to our local Honda dealership the next day for service, they said that Thelen had done incredible work & it likely would've held up for quite some time. A HUGE thank you to the wonderful gentlemen in the service department for their kindness, honesty, and help. We are so grateful!

Working with the team at Thelen Honda has been the best car buying experience I've ever had! I had come to MI for a couple days to visit family and wanted to see about trading in my parents' leased Accord for a new vehicle. On Friday, Garrett was fantastic helped me coordinate quotes and getting everything prepped via email so that we'd be ready when we came to test drive vehicles the next day. On Saturday, even though the dealership was busy and he was the only manager on duty, Patrick took the time to handle our trade-in, set us up with a great deal, coordinate the lease financing, and manage all of the paperwork to get us in the new Passport that day! It meant the world to me that we were able to get my parents into such a great vehicle, on a weekend, with such care and attention... and that I could head home that Sunday with everything taken care of. The care and hospitality that Garrett and Patrick showed our family has truly made us customers of Thelen for life!

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. Blake was super responsive and helpful, and Shauna found me a great financing deal. And thank you to the owners for not marking up their cars over MSRP. Prior to purchasing from Thelen, I looked for this Civic SI all over the US. Markups ranged from $800 to $7,000. I also love that the owners close the doors at 6pm most nights so their employees can go home to their families; I apologize for keeping a couple of them late. I will recommend Thelen to everyone I know.

Tom was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He did a great job with communication during the process. The day we picked up our CRV, he was very thorough in the process. The pandemic changed car buying and Blake at Honda stayed the course with us while looked at different Hondas and vehicles from other brands. After we decided on a vehicle he kept us up to date as we waited for our car to be built. Everyone at Thelen was helpful and friendly. Head into Thelen Honda the second week of December and help them trim their gigantic Christmas tree.
