Best passport office in Birmingham, Michigan (MI) 2024

Don’t bother trying to submit your passport application at the Birmingham, MI post office. I made an appointment three weeks ago and I received a call the day of to inform me that my appointment was canceled due to staffing issues. I made another appointment for the following week, and received a phone call saying it was canceled for the same reason - as I was pulling into their parking lot. I asked why they are allowing appointments to be made on their website and was told they have no control over it. Such a waste of time! ~HR
