Best truck rental agency in Bridgman, Michigan (MI) 2025

This has been the worst customer experience. I made a reservation for a 9' van for $122, did the online check-in which confirmed my reservation. When I arrived I was told the van was not available. Instead I was offered a 15' truck for $255! I had already made arrangements for that day which I was not able to cancel anymore at that point, so I was forced to take the $255 truck for a very small move of furniture. In the service line they told me there was nothing Uhaul could do... UPDATE: After filing a complaint with Uhaul I received a call today. They apologized and will refund the difference. I'm glad about this positive ending to an otherwise truly horrible experience. I wonder why they didn't try to help me in some way the first time and let me struggle so much. ~Sebastian
