After doing tons of research, test driving a variety of cars, and talking to multiple salesman I finally found what I was looking for at LaFontaine. Shopping for a car can be really intimidating and many salesman would not give me break downs of everything I was being charged for nor did they know that much about the vehicles they were showing me. Johnnie was very straight forward, told me everything I was being charged for. I knew I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and had looked at multiple before looking at the one at his dealership. He was the first salesman to explain a lot of the features on the car I was unaware of and could answer the questions I had about the car. Nothing is more frustrating then dealing with someone who is pushy and trying to get you to spend more money than you really need to especially when they can't answer all of your questions. This was by far the best car shopping experience. Johnnie even went the extra mile to have my car re-detailed, he put $20 worth of gas in it and had the scratches on the car buffed out. I grew up on Fords and had a bad experience with my first Ford. I absolutely love my Hyundai Santa Fe, highly recommend if your looking for an SUV and highly recommend you go see Johnnie!! ~Analiese
