Best convenience store in Eastpointe, Michigan (MI) 2025

The life of a CVS customer! I received a call at 1:48 stating my meds were ready for pick up. I arrived at the drive thru a out 3pm with 2 cars ahead of me i wait till about 3:18, decided to come back later. I cam e back around 4:58pm again 2 cars ahead of me i decided to wait, i did not reach the window until 5:23 only to be told my script is NOT ready for pick up and needs prior authorization. What a waste of time out my day. As i am tighting this review i now get a call from cvs stating the script is pending review. This CVS should be shut down. Its always something with them!! They are slow and unorganized and i am sick of it! I would rather drive to the one on 9 mile then continue getting my blood pressure up when visting this store!! ~Kay

I use to love coming here. The staff was great, then took a turn for the worse. I guess it's a roll of the dice on who you get behind the counter. It seems to have gotten pretty dirty as well. I wouldn't buy anything that isn't in sealed bottle or bag. Mornings are always busy and there's always one person at the register and 3 people behind them just chatting away amongst themselves. And whose the creepy guy spitting that poetic justice to every woman who approaches the counter? Gas prices are decent. Panhandling folks are irritating. But I still keep coming back... why? Oh yeah, company fleet card... ~John

Rite Aid used to be all about a pleasant visit...But this location like many others definitely drops the ball on making customers feel welcomed. Pharmacists are rude and condescending. Just assist the customer and don't make them feel bad for trying to purchase items. ~Scott
