The life of a CVS customer! I received a call at 1:48 stating my meds were ready for pick up. I arrived at the drive thru a out 3pm with 2 cars ahead of me i wait till about 3:18, decided to come back later. I cam e back around 4:58pm again 2 cars ahead of me i decided to wait, i did not reach the window until 5:23 only to be told my script is NOT ready for pick up and needs prior authorization. What a waste of time out my day. As i am tighting this review i now get a call from cvs stating the script is pending review. This CVS should be shut down. Its always something with them!! They are slow and unorganized and i am sick of it! I would rather drive to the one on 9 mile then continue getting my blood pressure up when visting this store!!

I scheduled a covid test earlier this morning. Since their website "glitched" I was denied a covid test! This is an absolute infringement on my health as an American citizen. I was doing a good thing by going there to get tested and make sure that I didn't have covid. When I called back for the district manager they decided to give me the wrong number than didn't answer the phone when I called back. I'm a single mother who's child needs her! I can't believe what you do to your LOYAL customers who have been vaccinated with your company! I will be contacting the governor's office today and the attorney general to report this incident! Do NOT go to this location!

The pharmacist Vaidehi Thakar was professional and very kind hearted to my husband and I when we were vaccinated today. She is very other person centered. She is a very nice person.

I originally scheduled a covid booster at the 9 mile cvs at 7:30p. For some reason it is misleading in the online scheduling (according to the pharmacy tech there) and they didn’t have a Pfizer dose even though I selected pfizer as I was scheduling. They told me 10 mile has them and I could just head there. So by the time I was told that and got over to 10 mile it was 7:50p. When I made the initial online appt there were slots available including 8pm. Telling the woman at the counter what 9 mile said, I asked if they were able to pick up where 9 mile left off. She said “let me check if we have doses left”. She and the other woman discussed out loud, in front of me, how they close soon, and then repeated that to me, pausing then adding on “oh and we don’t have doses.” Nothing was checked. So do you not have doses or do you wanna close soon? Why offer the 8pm appt? What poor customer service, website scheduling and attitude. Would have been better if they made up a “we don’t do walk ins this late”. As a first responder I’ll find another way to get my booster other than cvs. So glad the people I encounter at my job don’t receive the “we’re closed” treatment from me or my team. Be better.

Horrible service at pharmacy EVERY time. Very slow. They never can seem to do what they are supposed to do with scripts. They never give all of the scripts so always have to make multiple trips. Then they never contact if there is an issue just have to find out when we come in. They say scripts are ready but get there and they aren't. I call about it they don't know what to do or how to do it. I asked to speak to supervisor and then instead of saying she's the pharmacy manager she connected me to store manager who says he cant do anything because I need to speak to pharmacy manager. And then have the nerve to have attitude with me like I didn't know what I was talking about. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH PHARMACY.

Worst CVS. Was in the drive thru pharmacy for 20 minutes with an appointment. After waiting i went into the building and was ignored. So once i left i called and told them i had an appointment. They told me unless i came back within 5 minutes i would just have to reschedule. I will never come back to this CVS for pharmacy needs. I would suggest walgreens up the street or riteaid!!!!!

This pharmacy deserves a -10 review. I had an order for a pre covid screening for my doctors office. I went online to request the appointment and they told me they couldn’t send the results to my doctor it was illegal. Makes absolutely no sense and the woman was off the bat rude and dismissive. Clearly they just don’t feel like working. Awful service and awful place.

If I could give a lower score I would! I had an 11:50 covid testing appointment. There was only 1 car in line at 11:10 and I explained that my sleeping toddler was in the car with me and there's no one else here. The woman informed me that people could arrive at anytime. She made me sit staring at the empty line with my baby in the back while she serviced no one. What rotten service! Edit: the woman with the loooong blonde hair was so rude but the kind woman with the short red hair was very kind.

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Have of the time I don’t get acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Slowest pharmacy ever, customer service is horrible. You can stand at the counter or in the drive thru for several minutes and they will just continue doing whatever it is they are doing and not even say we will be with you shortly. Not tan well at all. I would highly advise against using this pharmacy.
