Came in for a small trim. “Just a number 2 on the sides, nothing on the top.” Got a number 2 on the sides and then for the blend she cut down the top of my head. My side burns aren’t even straight, and I still have some leftover hair on my neck that was missed. Customer care was the only positive experience. I get the "please be patient, there's new and smiling faces working" and I can be patient with that. That said, the on hand employees were not very enthusiastic and talking amongst themselves as much as they were paying attention to the work they were getting paid for. Not only was I accidentally overcharged (which was thankfully quickly fixed), but despite my two part order, there was TWO multi-person orders that came in AFTER me and BOTH received their orders BEFORE me. When I asked what was going on, I was told twice in a very flat tone "they're working on them" before being walked away from. VERY POOR experience. Wouldn't go back there unless in a pinch. ~Jim

Erin went above and beyond today! she stayed an hour and a half late to help me get my new phone and everything transferred over. after the machine went down to purchase and the system timed out she was able to get Tmobile reps directly on the phone to fix the issue that was only supposed to take 20 minutes that ended up taking over 30 minutes. She was so kind and professional the whole time even with my crazy, whinny one year old. I usually go to the 11 mile and Hoover location but will be returning to this location and dealing with Erin again. ~Olivia

Go see Dina and let her evaluate your situation. She fixed my quarantine cavewoman look and made me feel refreshed and renewed! I love her honesty and especially her skill. Salon is super clean too. Wipe down after every couple of minutes. ~Zoua
