I get the "please be patient, there's new and smiling faces working" and I can be patient with that. That said, the on hand employees were not very enthusiastic and talking amongst themselves as much as they were paying attention to the work they were getting paid for.
Not only was I accidentally overcharged (which was thankfully quickly fixed), but despite my two part order, there was TWO multi-person orders that came in AFTER me and BOTH received their orders BEFORE me. When I asked what was going on, I was told twice in a very flat tone "they're working on them" before being walked away from. VERY POOR experience. Wouldn't go back there unless in a pinch. ~Jim
