Erin went above and beyond today! she stayed an hour and a half late to help me get my new phone and everything transferred over. after the machine went down to purchase and the system timed out she was able to get Tmobile reps directly on the phone to fix the issue that was only supposed to take 20 minutes that ended up taking over 30 minutes. She was so kind and professional the whole time even with my crazy, whinny one year old. I usually go to the 11 mile and Hoover location but will be returning to this location and dealing with Erin again.

I went to a couple other t-mobiles but they couldnt help and solve our problem. We were told this is the store to get a solution. They are the best. The whole crew at this location are awesome! We worked with Al, Amir and Nick, and they are were amazing. Best customer service ever. This will be my T-mobile store from now on!

We just switched from AT&T and I am so happy we did! Our service is already improved and we are saving money! Going into this store was a great experience thanks to Christina. She's amazing and the rest of the staff seemed to enjoy what they are doing and were eager to help customers. I would definitely go to this location again!! I had a 1 star experience with nick. went back in today to get help with replacing a factory damaged phone. Angelie was amazing and patient through all of my questions. she was very helpful and didn't rush me out of the store the way nick did. I'm thankful for her help, quickness and patience! she made buying a new phone easy and fun. the way it should be! she helped transfer all of my data on the spot instead of shoving me out the door to do on my own as nick did. I'm thankful to have landed in her hands today instead of the other!

Total Disaster! Their merger with sprint has NOT gone well..... Went in... Waited several hours with appointment. Those ahead of us had been there waiting between 3-6 hours. All of them with problems with new phones they are "forced" to buy to comply with network changes. New phones and old phones with sim cards changed out are not working on the new setup. They had to come back and go through the wait process all over again for staff to "try" And fix it all. Expect to wipe your schedule clean for the day of you want to come here. And double check your receipts for any sneaky fees or add-ons you didn't ask for. Best bet is save up over time and buy your phones out right... And preferably at a location with more effective staff. Bought 2 phones and pre ordered a tablet here... I won't buy here again. Ps the pre order was for the wrong tablet... Asked for a refund and they didn't have the cash on hand... After a 40 min wait or longer. Asked to chine back another day. After 2 weeks my pre order was no longer in the system even with a receipt... So I was no longer allowed my refund.

Long story short, I live in two places. My husband is stationed in the military which took us to Florida, I still go to MI to take care of our family. I haven't been able to come home (to MI) for awhile now and one of my worries is not being able to help my father. He needed a new phone, and that can be a disaster for anyone. Usually someone tries to make a sale, especially when it comes to dealing with an older person (taking advantage of them). Talking to him about his experience and the help that Angelie gave him has warmed my heart like no other. Just by hearing about how amazing she was I HAD to leave a review. She is a gem of an employee and I hope she is treated that way. Just talking to him and knowing someone that kind helped him now has my husband and I talking about switching. THANK YOU ANGELIE!! You have no idea how much you made my night and his.
