Best car rental agency in Freeland, Michigan (MI) 2024

I ended up having a freak accident on the expressway not too long ago. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius and no one had anything available. I ended up getting in touch with Jerry at Hertz @ the Saginaw airport! He was a heaven sent! Helped me quickly and efficiently over the phone- said he would stay open to wait for me knowing that I was on my way! He was beyond kind, helpful, and considerate to me and my feelings considering what I just had been through! Made things so easy for me that I wanted to tell Jerry he just made a new best friend! Thanks Jerry for your superb customer service and Hertz for the rental! ~Rachelle
