I don’t know if I will be able to express how wonderful the service I received. My son and I were able to use the generous voucher offered to those in need (free exam and free pair of glasses). If you have ever been “in need” for glasses for your child and self, but can’t even get them for them (Life, ya it’s like that) the stigma attached with being “in need” seems palpable. This was the exact opposite! Thank u to Sarah and Ida for this stigmatic feeling nonexistent. Not only was there friendly service, I felt that (especially Sarah) was going out of her way, with grace and ease. My son got to pick out his first pair of glasses and the same for me the next day.
