Absolutely terrible experience. Someone across from me pulled hair out of their food while eating. Nothing was said in the sense of a complaint like something should have been. Place was busy. We let it slide. Paid $64 bill for 2 people. Took a small pizza to go. Ended up finding a long hair baked into the pizza while eating. Manager Mandy claims they wont refund the bill but instead give store credit. Why in the world would I want to return to a place that clearly let's hair fall into every person's meals? For my first experience this will be my last. Absolutely disgusted. ~Michael

I live right by them and they have some of the coolest people working there. The owner of the store is actually one of my friends now. Thank you guys for the best experience! ~Sean

I’ve been coming to this Biggby location for almost year now and I have never been disappointed by quality or service. The baristas are always incredibly helpful and kind and always go the extra mile for customers. I have never left this store without a smile on my face. From the looks of it, this is a pretty busy location and I am always in and out in under 15 minutes; even in the drive through. If it ever takes longer than that it’s usually because a car ahead has ordered an absurd amount of food. On one or two occasions i’ve had the misfortune of witnessing some pretty heinous customers verbally attack the baristas for simple mistakes or circumstances outside of their control~ which is why I decided to write this review. This store looks like it is ran mostly by high school and college aged kids, 16-21, so I find it hard to understand how grown adults justify crucifying what are essentially kids over a cup of coffee or a toasted bagel. I didn’t grow up in West Michigan, but the entitlement i’ve seen in this area is astonishing. Grow up. Move on. Drink your coffee. P.S.
