Watered down coffee 3x in a row. Let it go the first 2 times, I called the 3rd time to complain. I asked if they could just send me a coupon because I didn't want to drive back for another attempt, they stated they couldn't do that but I could bring it back in to exchange. It is a convenient location for where I'm located but it seems I'm going to have to go to the Jenison location instead. Very disappointing.

5th time tonight in a month going to this location and they're closed during business hours. No signs, nothing. Please fix your hours if you aren't going to be open.

I’ve been coming to this Biggby location for almost year now and I have never been disappointed by quality or service. The baristas are always incredibly helpful and kind and always go the extra mile for customers. I have never left this store without a smile on my face. From the looks of it, this is a pretty busy location and I am always in and out in under 15 minutes; even in the drive through. If it ever takes longer than that it’s usually because a car ahead has ordered an absurd amount of food. On one or two occasions i’ve had the misfortune of witnessing some pretty heinous customers verbally attack the baristas for simple mistakes or circumstances outside of their control~ which is why I decided to write this review. This store looks like it is ran mostly by high school and college aged kids, 16-21, so I find it hard to understand how grown adults justify crucifying what are essentially kids over a cup of coffee or a toasted bagel. I didn’t grow up in West Michigan, but the entitlement i’ve seen in this area is astonishing. Grow up. Move on. Drink your coffee. P.S. Anger and frustration cause wrinkles and heart failure!

Used to be fast and friendly, and it was our local favorite. Sat in drive thru for 30 min only to find out that they are no longer honoring coupons from a coupon book (we just bought it from a local school two days ago) that advertise for this particular location and are valid through 2023. They weren't even apologetic about it. That's bad business and poor customer service. I get inflation, but then you raise your prices. You don't go back on your word or bait and switch.

Found out they don't honor the bogo coffee coupon. Also, when I was emailed a bragel coupon, there oven was conveniently broke. My take, the don't except those either. Also, watered down coffee drink wasn't good. If they want to drive customers away they are doing a good job at it.

Beware their coupon policy. This restaurant has decided not to accept the BOHO Bigby coupons that come in the mail or are sold by fundraiser groups going forward. This is no longer a participating location. Presumably corporate has authorized too many of those in this region and franchise feels the pressure, but you still want to know this.

Gotta say, this place has never gotten any better as far as wait times go. 40 minutes in the drive through and I was the 5th in line when I pulled up. Outback steak house cooks a 40 Oz porterhouse steak faster than this place can make coffee or toast bagels. This was the case a year ago too. We stopped going there because of it. Decided to try it again this morning, won't be doing that again.

My husband and I have stopped by this store’s drive thru a few times and have been very pleased with our experience. Our drinks are always well made and the wait is very reasonable. Baristas are friendly and offer high quality treats to pups in the car. Another thing to note - this location is still offering $1.99 iced coffee/tea. Our new favorite Biggby location in the West Michigan area!

BiggBy is alright; I wish they open their stores at 5:30am for us early risers. They serve up a great product and convenient drive thru that you can access by going behind Subway and to the left. Recommend.
