Best coffee shop in Hudsonville, Michigan (MI) 2024

I’ve been coming to this Biggby location for almost year now and I have never been disappointed by quality or service. The baristas are always incredibly helpful and kind and always go the extra mile for customers. I have never left this store without a smile on my face. From the looks of it, this is a pretty busy location and I am always in and out in under 15 minutes; even in the drive through. If it ever takes longer than that it’s usually because a car ahead has ordered an absurd amount of food. On one or two occasions i’ve had the misfortune of witnessing some pretty heinous customers verbally attack the baristas for simple mistakes or circumstances outside of their control~ which is why I decided to write this review. This store looks like it is ran mostly by high school and college aged kids, 16-21, so I find it hard to understand how grown adults justify crucifying what are essentially kids over a cup of coffee or a toasted bagel. I didn’t grow up in West Michigan, but the entitlement i’ve seen in this area is astonishing. Grow up. Move on. Drink your coffee. P.S. Anger and frustration cause wrinkles and heart failure! ~Morgan
