Best fast food restaurant in Lake City, Michigan (MI) 2024

Only the 2nd time in a McDonald's in almost 15 years and was quickly reminded of "why" I stopped going there! Dirty tables & floors and staff just standing at the register with no customers and doing nothing! My order of a spicy chicken sandwich arrived at my table (literally just 30 feet from where it was made and delivered on a tray) and my sandwich looked like they had just randomly thrown everything in the box and gave a good shaking! The Chicken paddy was COLD, HARD, DRY, and tasted more like "FISH" than Chicken. (so much for using separate oils)... Just a thoroughly disappointing and discussing McDonald's experience! And a hard reminder of why we quit dining at McDonald's... ~Daniel

I can not believe how great the young man was that helped us today! I am a manager of a company and I definitely would hire him if he's ever looking for work. This young man deserves a promotion or a raise. Absolutely fantastic! ~Captain
