Best watch store in Lansing, Michigan (MI) 2024

The staff there is awesome always greets you with a smile and helps you with any questions you may have. I love going there due to how they want to make their customers happy. They assisted me picking out a wedding band for my soon to be husband and my engagement ring and band. Can't help but say great things about them!!!! ~Tammy

The owner was very nice and welcoming to his store which set the tone.. I needed some links taken out of my watch. He made the initial adjustments and it wasn't right then had to go back and make another adjustment. He got it just right for me which I was well pleased. He only charged me ten dollars for this service which made me even happier. I highly recommend this jeweler given his customer service. ~Tony
